Hallo, Dtbers

Ik heb een maand of drie geleden een oproep geplaatst.
Was op zoek naar een nieuwe buitenrand voor mijn linker achter spatbord.
Omdat mijn huidige volzat met blaasjes(stuk of 25)

Die heb ik inmiddels gevonden,gelijk ook maar een voor de andere kant meegenomen. :D
Zit nog geen roest op,maar bij de linker kant ging het ook heel snel.(vorig jaar was er nog niets te zien)

Heb het plaatwerk bij willem usa cars in lopik gekocht.
Heb hier een aantal foto's van de werkzaamheden:

We hebben eerst het rotte stuk eruit geslepen.

De binnenrand bleek jammer genoeg ook rot te zijn. :(
Daar hebben we zelf twee stukken voor gemaakt en er in gelast, vervolgens in de por15 gezet.

Toen was de buitenrand aan de beurt.
We hebben het inzet stuk op maat gemaakt en met een mig lasapparaat erin gelast.

Steeds weer een klein stukje lassen i.v.m. trekken van het plaatwerk. :;):

Lasnaad glad geslepen en met plamuur strak gemaakt.
Ik heb de binnenkant van de bak goed ingespoten met tectiel (is een roest gevoelige ruimte blijft water instaan).

Toen hebben we de dodge bij een vriend in een schuur bijgespoten.

Ik heb je fototags even veranderd, zodat mensen niet telkens hoeven te kliken op de URL's.

Als je volgende keer de Image knop gebruikt staan de foto's gelijk op de pagina......... dat is makkelijker! :D

Weer wat verbeterd aan de dodge - spatbord rand
